How it started

RSAuto started with a simple market problem: clients often see only the lot price, while the real fees, logistics, customs, and repairs become clear too late
We built the process differently. A Project Manager handles selection, budget, and the decision before bidding, while an Operational Manager handles logistics, documents, and customs. That means the client sees the full picture earlier and every stage has a clear owner
From that approach, we defined three working principles:
